Arizona Charity Event

 

Are you involved with a local Arizona charity or organization that is seeking donations? We love to give back by supporting local area Arizona charities and organizations, especially when they benefit the needs of families. Our goal for 2015 is to help raise $250,000 for Arizona Charities!

Some of our most recent support went to the Seton Catholic Preparatory High School, Hope and Future, Junior League of Phoenix, Boys and Girls Clubs, Florence Crittenton, Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation, Make a Wish, and the Trends Charitable Fund.

We love supporting Arizona nonprofit organizations through auctions and charity events.

In a traditional silent auction one individual will win an auction item. This is great, but we use a Multi-Winner auction system to get more contributions for your cause. In a traditional auction there will be one winner that donates to your organization.

Our Give Back approach increases your donations. Here is an example: Previously when we set up our item at a local fundraising event, which included a silent auction that only allowed single winner items. Several donors bid on our $400 gift certificate. The top bidder won with a $175 bid. Thus the charity only received $175.

Our multi-winner approach permits all the auctioneers that bid over $99 to win. We have had organizations raise as much as $1,700 using this approach. At $99 more individuals are contributing to your organization.

Since there is no end to the number of bidders, it follows that the dollar amount will increase for your charity event.

 

Here’s how it works…

For your Arizona Charity silent auction table, we will provide a framed portrait that is representative of our work. We also give you a sign that explains the multi-winner auction offer and a custom sign-up form.

We believe our 16″ portrait and our informational brochure will show the value of the $400 Gift Certificate we are donating. We find that a display like this dramatically increases the number of charity donations. The end result is increased funding for your organization.

The sign-up form request the individual’s full contact infromation so that we may follow up directly through the mail with the $400 gift certificate, a thank you letter and welcome packet to the studio.

All gift certificates are mailed out within 2 business days, after receipt of the donor sign up sheet.

Leasure Portraits will honor as many gift certificates as there are donors, but the certificates are limited to one per family.

In short, our Multi-Winner package is a stress-free way to increase the success of your fundraising event.
